In the case of receiving faulty goods or shortages please notify us within 7 days and return the faulty goods within 14 days after the date of receipt. We will send replacements or offer a coupon/credit note for the short / return item(s) which you can use for your next order. Return goods must be in the ORIGINAL PACKAGING and not used, otherwise coupon/credit note cannot be issued. Please ensure that goods are adequately packaged when being returned* Please note. For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service as we cannot be held responsible for goods not received. Returns are sent at your own expense.
